This beautiful plaque is made from fibre reinforced concrete and are finished in a very durable old stone effect which brings out the full detail of the piece. There is a hook set into the back making it ready to hang.
They measure 9.5 x 11 x 2.5 inches thick and weigh 3kg.
The words on the plaque read:
