Once you have placed your order, please email your digital photo or scanned image to info@alexandrasangelgifts.co.uk or use the attachment option on our contact form just letting us know your order number. If you have any concerns or need guidance on sending images, you may find help on our FAQ's page or of course you can contact us any time.

If you would like a picture and a poem, please email us with the poem & image you would like to lisa@alexandrasangelgifts.co.uk & we can give you a quote for a larger crystal.

Waiting Time & Delivery

Your crystal will be despatched within 10-14 working days. The crystal gifts will arrive seperately to any other gifts you may order from us and although the website will charge you £3.95 per piece, but you will be charged £4.95 in total for postage of up to 3 crystal items and we will refund any difference in postage costs charged by the website straight away.
