The following information (scroll down) details despatch times only. Please always contact us first before placing orders that will be needed sooner.
IMPORTANT - Where applicable, choosing Special Delivery does not alter the waiting times below without prior arrangement wih us via email, as we will need to check we can meet your deadline.
Without agreement via email the following waiting times stand, but your choice of Special Delivery will simply mean your gift will not be delayed by Royal Mail once posted.
Please note that if you are ordering personalised gifts at the same time as non personalised gifts, or gifts that have different waiting times on the same order, then these will automatically be sent together, unless you let us know otherwise. You can either send us an email to let us know you want them sent seperately, or place seperate orders for each gift.
If you are ordering gifts crafted by ourselves and other artists on the same order, then these will arrive seperately.
