Terms and Conditions

Delivery

All non personalised items will be despatched via 1st class delivery within 2-3 business days of payment clearing. If you are having both personalised and non personalised gifts together on the same order, then the gifts will all be sent together unless you let us know otherwise. Click here for waiting times.

We endeavour to despatch your personalised items within 14 days of your payment clearing, however orders may take up to 28 days. Please click on the box on the right hand side of the website entitled "current waiting times" which will give you the current waiting time for personalised gifts and information about any holidays etc. This is updated regularly to reflect how busy we are at the time of you placing your order. If you require your items sooner please don't hesitate to contact us, as we will always do our best to accommodate deadlines. A great deal of care and attention to detail goes into all of our items, so be assured that we will never rush an item and will soon let you know if we are unable to meet your deadline.

Please note that once posted, We are not responsible for delivery times. We despatch most items via first class Royal Mail Delivery, which should take 1-2 days, however this is Royal Mail's responsibility and is something of which we have no control over. Heavier items such as the large photo albums and gift sets may be sent via another courier, which may then require a signature.

You can choose Special Delivery on all items, if you need them quickly. Please contact us before choosing this option on personalised items to ensure that we can meet your deadline. Please note that these items will need a signature upon delivery. 

Although we do not accept responsibility for lost or damaged items, in the unusual circumstance that your goods have been lost or damaged during transit, you can either receive a full refund, or receive a new item PROVIDED that you return any damaged items to us with their original packaging as soon as possible in order for us to claim compensation. We will be unable to process your refund or make your new item until the damaged item is received. With lost items, you may simply be asked for confirmation from Royal Mail that your item has not been received. Again, we are unable to process a refund or make a new item until Royal Mail confirm that the item has indeed been lost and is not just late.

Postage and Packaging

We post most items to the UK and internationally, but pelase check each individual item description before placing your order.
All postage & packing / shipping prices, unless otherwise stated on individual items, are calulated by the weight of the gifts you are ordering.
Simply add which items you would like to your basket.
On the top right hand side, you will see a box that says "My Cart".
At the bottom of this box you will see a "get shipping quote" option (once you have gifts in your basket).
Click on this and choose which country you are ordering from, enter you postal / zip code and your postage & packing / shipping will be calculated for you, showing the options available.

Returns & Refunds

Unfortunately we are unable to accept any returns of personalised albums, books, jewellery or keepsake boxes unless we have made a mistake, in which case you can choose to either receive a full refund, or receive a new item.

Any items that have been damaged or lost during transit will be refunded in full including the postage charges or replaced.

Occasionally gifts have taken over a month to reach the recipient, despite being posted 1st class, although this is very rare. Although Royal Mail give a general guide of 1 - 2 days for delivery of first class mail, they do not consider an item as lost until at least 14 business days after posting & even longer at busy periods.

Non personalised undamaged items can be returned within 21 days of delivery. The item must be returned in it's orginal condition with it's original packaging. Postage charges can not be refunded, unless a product has not been described accurately & it will be your responsibility for costs of returning the item to us. Once received we will refund the cost of the product only.  

Prices

All prices are in pounds sterling.

Prices stated at the time of ordering will be the amount due irrespective of whether prices increase or decrease after your order has been placed.

Cancellation

In the event of cancellation, you may be liable for the full cost of your order if production has begun.

General

Due to the handmade nature of our products and some of the materials used, designs, sizes and colours may vary slightly. We do not accept liability for any such variations nor for the effects of ageing upon the products or materials used.

Colours shown in images on this website are as accurate as possible but may vary slightly from the genuine article.

Our products and packaging may contain small parts and are not suitable for small children.
