• Let us know if you would like the express service (please read below for more information)
  
• Let us know any other information you think is important for your order.

Waiting times

Please allow 28 days for delivery of your personalised gift. If you do need your gift sooner, then Catherine does offer an express service that takes approximately 10 days, however there is a surcharge of 15% for this service. You can choose this option above if you wish.

Please note that these gifts will be sent directly from Catherine's studio, so will arrive separately to any other gifts that you may order from us. The express service and charge is only applicable to Catherine's gifts, not throughout the rest of the gifts on the website made by other artists.

The website will charge postage per item, however the cost of more than one or a number of items to the same address in the UK is £9.95, so please be assured that we will refund any difference in the extra postage charged by the website straight away.
