Our charitable donations
Since starting Alexandra's Angel Gifts, we have been donating some of the proceeds from most of the gifts we handcraft ourselves (keepsake boxes, albums and rice charm jewellery) to raise money for baby loss causes and charities that we feel strongly about.
In total we have raised a total of:
£239 - SANDS
£115 - Life After Loss
£1,609 - our Boxes for Hospitals
£1,963 Total (including up to end of Apr 2011 figures)
Current projects we are supporting:
We are continuing with our own boxes for hospitals appeal donating keepsake boxes and gifts to help bereaved parents make special memories with their babies, to our local hospitals. A massive thank you to all those who have donated xxx
We have also donated many gifts for prizes for raffles & organized events during 2010 supporting lots of different baby loss charities and helping individuals to raise money for organisations close to their hearts
On top of the above, we have also donated candles for fundraising events, candles for other boxes for hospitals projects and we have also donated vouchers for prize draws.
We are continuing to do the same in 2011.
