This beautiful piece of jewellery has been designed so thoughfully by Allison with the loss of a baby in mind, that we must tell you a little about the story behind the meaning. It is just such a special thing for anyone to have who has lost a precious baby.

In Memory of Mollie .....

Allison was asked to create a special piece for Mollie's mum and she has been kind enough to allow us to share our design with other mummy's who may be looking for something special like this. 

This very special piece is split in two, so that one half can remain with the baby and the other with the mummy.  It is a broken heart......

.... however, the two pieces of the broken heart have been split so that it looks like two little angel wings, to represent the little wings your precious baby has grown.  One wing is left with you, with a heart cut out of it and put on the little wing that will accompany your angel baby on his or her spiritual journey to be with the other angel babies.  The little heart from your piece, attached to your angel baby's piece, represents a bit of your heart, that will always be with your baby.

Please note that Allison holds stock of unpersonalised pieces, which can be dispatched quickly in time for a baby's funeral, but if you would like them personalised, please understand that this will take a bit longer for Allison to make up for you and this may not be possible for very short notice requests. There is also very limited space on each side of the heart / wings for names / wording. Allison just about managed to fit the word "mummy" on the one side, just to give an idea. Please don't hesitate to contact us to find out if we can help and know that even without personalisation, the very special meanings of how the piece is made as described above makes this piece just so precious.

This beautiful piece was originally designed with the one half going to rest along with baby which is a wonderful thing to be able to do for those who still have the opportunity. Of course if your baby has already gone to rest, then your baby's half of the charm can be kept along with their ashes, perhaps put in a little pot and buried at your baby's resting place, or even just kept along with any other precious keepsakes that you have inside a keepsake box.

There are many options for this piece.  Swarovski crystals may be added to represent birthstones, conception, loss and due dates and a little tag can also be added which can be personalised with dates or indeed the name, should you choose unpersonalised wings. This listing is for the charm only, but please click on the recommended products tab for the necklace and bracelet options available.

This baby loss charm comes with an open jumpring on the one half to attach to your own charm bracelet or necklace. They are quite sturdy when closed, but it is probably advisable to nip to your local jewellers to have it soldered on properly once attached. This should cost about £5ish. You can also choose here a pandora style carrier instead.

The postage charges are for your charm to be sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you order more than one piece we will refund any difference in postage & packing charges.

All baby loss jewellery is sent directly from Allison and so will arrive seperately to any other gifts you may order from us.

Please note that if you do choose personalisation, all wording will be done in a lower case font. Allison uses little letter stamps that are completely unique to her and upper case is not available. You can see examples of the font used throughout all of jewellery shown. Please only place an order if you are happy with this font and the use of lower case letters only, but don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
